Prior to QED, Mr. Page was Director, Public Policy for SmithKline Beecham (SB), now GlaxoSmithKline, where he provided strategic analysis to SB’s pharmaceutical, vaccine, diagnostic and pharmacy benefit management businesses to leverage the Company’s products and services through public sector programs and initiatives. He also served as Counsel for SB, providing legal advice to the clinical laboratory and pharmaceutical divisions on commercial, regulatory and legislative matters. Prior to SB, Mr. Page served as a healthcare attorney for two Philadelphia law firms, where he specialized in commercial transactions, business planning, and regulatory matters for the firm’s corporate and institutional clients. Mr. Page holds a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University School of Law, a Master of Science degree in Health Policy and Administration from The Pennsylvania State University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. David J. Cattey - Senior VP, TechColumbus Prior to joining the BTC, Dave spent six years as vice president of Master Systems, a niche-market software company specializing in products for non-profit organizations. He also was previously associated with a start-up in San Diego called Healthcare Foundation. Additionally, Dave has served as Director of Administrative Services for The Ohio State University Development Fund. Dave is active in the National Business Incubation Association and is a frequent speaker at their national conferences. He represents the BTC in TechPartners at The Ohio State University, and was formerly chairman of the Edison Technology Incubators Directors Council for the Ohio Department of Development. He is the 1995 recipient of The Entrepreneur of the Year Award in the Supporter of Entrepreneurship category. |
