Avantec
Avantec manufactures and sells antimicrobial and sanitation products based
on dry-media chlorine dioxide technology. The company’s proprietary
devices deliver precise quantities of chlorine dioxide for applications
in the food, water purification, health care, consumer products and indoor
air quality industries. Chlorine dioxide (ClO2) is the most versatile
biocide compound available today for destroying pathogens commonly found

Boxicom
Boxicom is developing a patent pending backup appliance which
is designed to displace the existing tape solutions typically found in
small to mid-sized businesses (SMBs). The solution is designed to back
up large amounts of data to an off-site location over common Internet
broadband connections such as DSL and cable. The technology is designed
to create extremely efficient backup images by transferring the actual
changes in data at block or byte level over the Internet. Our solution
also automatically moves the data offsite and achieves one of the principal
requirements of a sound disaster recovery plan.

NanoStatics
NanoStatics LLC is a new company started in November, 2005. The NanoStatics
business is based around two core technologies. First, is the development
of high throughput electrohydrodynamic spinning systems, or electrospinning
to produce nanofibers at very high production rates. These nanofibers
can be electrospun directly on to a surface or can be spun into a mat
or membrane. Our second core is the development of engineered nanofibers
using low environmental impact chemistry. We call this Green Spinning™.
We have created enabling technologies that will significantly lower the
cost and environmental impact of making nanomaterials. NanoStatics designs
