Got-PlanB is happy to present “An evening with Robert McNeaill!” as Robert speaks on “Software as a Service” and addresses the growing number of companies deciding to rip and replace their client server products in favor of software on demand solutions.

Robert is a former Principle Analyst at Boston based Forrester Research, Giga Information Group, a Management Consultant with Deloitte Consulting, and current V.P. of Strategy at Service-Now.com.

Robert took on responsibilities for corporate strategy for Service-now.com in November 2006, following almost a decade of consulting to the Global 2000.

Prior to joining Service-now.com, Robert was a management consultant with Deloitte Consulting advising organizations across North America on IT and business process sourcing strategies. A former Principal Analyst with Forrester Research and Giga Information Group, he has produced over 300 research reports on technology matters, provided consulting and performance research to high technology vendors and hundreds of end user companies and delivered keynote presentations at a number of industry forums including a recent engagement with the New York chapter of itSMF.

Robert has been widely quoted by the press on his views on industry developments and best practices for successful technology sourcing. He is also a contributing author of a book produced by the Institute of Directors in the UK on software asset management.

Robert earned a Masters in European Business and BSc in Business Studies from City University Business School, London. A native of Scotland, Robert has lived and worked in both Europe and North America.

ITIL IT service management essentials will cement your understanding of how ITIL processes can improve IT operations.

This course prepares you for the Foundation Certification examination on the second half of day three, the prerequisite for the Practitioner and Service Manager levels of ITIL certification.

ITIL IT Service Management Foundations is an introduction to ITIL and a pre-requisite for the Practitioner and Service Manager certifications. This course is suitable for anyone with a vested interest in the management practices of IT and in learning about industry best practices. This includes:

Duration

Prerequisites
There are no mandatory prerequisites.

Fees
$1,095 all-inclusive. No need to worry about any of the traditional hassles associated with bringing an instructor onsite, such as: Instructor fees including travel and lodging, facilities costs and availability including conference rooms, necessary equipment and software, course set up, course manuals and evaluations, handout materials, and shipping fees

Payment Policy
All payments must be received with your registration. As these course offerings tend to fill fast, we will accept attendees on a first come basis. We cannot reserve space without a registration and payment.

Substitutions & Cancellations
You can substitute an alternate attendee at any time for no additional charge. The registered party will be responsible for reimbursement from the alternate.
Cancellations must be received in writing. You must e-mail Got plan B? (services@got-planb.com) no later than 15 business days prior to an event's start date to receive a full refund. A partial refund is available when a cancellation is made less than 15 business days before an event's start date. Registered participants canceling in this time frame will receive a credit towards another Got Plan B? event, minus an administration fee of $259.
